From checkout to dispatch

Review the products and quantities in the cart, enter the delivery address and choose a method offered for that destination. The available options depend on the order and location.

Payment confirmation and order review come before preparation. A submitted order or a sent payment does not by itself mean that a carrier has received the parcel. Keep the order confirmation for later support requests.

Payment methods and current instructions

Chemyo Labo accepts only cryptocurrency, Cash App, Apple Pay and Chime. Use a method only when it appears as an available checkout option or is included in the authenticated instructions for your current order.

Do not copy an address or payment identifier from an old order, a public comment or an unrelated chat. Check the final amount, the recipient and any required transaction reference before sending.

The advertised crypto offer

Eligible cryptocurrency orders of $250 or more are advertised with a 25% discount and free shipping on qualifying orders. Read the applied discount and shipping line in checkout before payment.

If an expected offer is missing, ask support to review it first. A manually reduced payment is not a reliable way to apply a discount and may delay confirmation. See the store’s discount explanation.

Cryptocurrency network and amount checks

The asset and blockchain network must match the order’s payment instructions. Similar token names can exist on different networks, and an incorrect transfer may not be recoverable.

Keep the transaction ID and order number after submitting payment. Support can use those references to review a payment query; never provide a seed phrase or private key. Read the crypto payment checklist for more context.

Address accuracy and service availability

Enter the complete address, including any unit or apartment information. Check postal codes and country selections before submitting checkout. A correction should be requested immediately if an error is noticed.

A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival time unless an explicit guarantee is offered for the selected service. Carrier operations, holidays, customs and address problems can affect transit.

Tracking after carrier handover

Where tracking is available, the dispatch information identifies the shipment. A number can appear before the carrier’s first scan; check again after the carrier has had time to process the parcel.

For a persistent discrepancy, send the order number and a description through Chemyo Labo support. Include the tracking reference without posting personal address details publicly.

International orders

International delivery is available only where checkout offers a service for the entered destination and product. A visible product page is not a promise that every jurisdiction can receive it.

The purchaser is responsible for checking import requirements and any duties or restrictions that apply to the material. Customs processing can add time independently of the carrier’s ordinary transit estimate.

Changes, missing items and damaged parcels

Request changes before an order enters fulfillment. Once a parcel has been dispatched, an address or contents change cannot be guaranteed through the store.

If an item arrives damaged or differs from the order, retain its packaging and photograph the item and shipping label. Include the order number, affected product and a clear description when contacting support. Any refund, replacement or reshipment is reviewed against the circumstances and applicable rights.
