Crypto payments: check the current order

Verify the asset, network, recipient and final checkout amount before sending a cryptocurrency payment to this store.

Use instructions from the current order

Start from the checkout or authenticated order information for this purchase. Confirm the asset, destination address, network and required amount together. A valid address by itself does not establish that it belongs to the current order.

Avoid reusing an earlier order’s payment address. A store can issue transaction-specific instructions, and a payment sent with old details may require additional review.

Check the asset and network

The same token label can appear on more than one blockchain. The selected withdrawal network must match the network specified for the order. Do not infer that a wallet supports a network because it supports a similarly named asset.

Review the address using the complete value and the wallet’s confirmation screen. A copied address can be altered by a clipboard mistake or malicious software; a short visual prefix is not the whole identifier.

Review the amount and final total

Confirm any shipping charge, tax where applicable and approved discount in the checkout total. The advertised crypto offer must be reflected in the order before you calculate a payment.

Account for any wallet or exchange handling of network fees when reviewing the instructions. If the required received amount or exchange conversion is unclear, ask support before sending.

Keep the transaction reference

A transaction hash identifies a broadcast transfer on its network. Keep it with the order number and payment time. Submission and confirmation are separate stages; a wallet broadcast does not always mean the merchant has received a confirmed payment.

When asking about a payment, provide the order number, asset, network and transaction reference. Do not publish a full personal order record in a public discussion.

Protect wallet credentials

No order-verification process needs your wallet seed phrase, private key, account password or remote access to your device. Keep those credentials private.

If an instruction appears inconsistent with the order, use Chemyo Labo’s contact form to clarify it. Do not send another payment merely because a message uses a familiar product or supplier name.

After payment confirmation

The store reviews payment and the order before preparation and dispatch. Where available, tracking follows carrier handover. These stages are described in the shipping and payment policy.

Cryptocurrency transfers can be irreversible. A wrong network, recipient or amount may not be recoverable, so the checks before sending matter more than a later support request.
